Roxanne has lived her life as a Servant to changing the lives of women both young and old.  She is passionate about teaching women how to recover from trauma and walk in their divine purpose. She is a Motivational Speaker and  
 
Certified Life Coach who travels internationally delivering her "I AM" messages. She empowers women to find their inner voice within their personal lives as well as business and ministry and she inspires to empower 10,000 young women on her journey.
 

The vision came to me after being diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer.  I was consumed with fear and anxiety and shortly after my diagnosis my corporate job abruptly terminated my management position and I was devastated. Little did I know that my faith would be tested over and over again. I cried out to God everyday while in treatment for the cancer. I told God if he healed me I would surrender totally to his purpose for my life. I thank him for divine favor and grace on this tour . It is my prayer that every attendee understand the significance of their purpose.  It is a privilege and honor to be His daughter , His servant.

The vision started with a tour launch in Atlanta, GA in January.  Then God magnified the vision in forming KGI Consulting Group. We now are in position to train and develop leaders and offer our consulting services to those in business and ministry. My journey has been one of pain and joy. God has turned my pain into His Purpose to simply SERVE!! I have experienced every kind of abuse in my life and God is using it to bring people into their true purpose. Thank you for showing up here in Cleveland, Ohio. I declare and decree that your life will be enriched this weekend. Today we “Proclaim the Reign”. It is established and we shall walk in Victory together. My heart rejoices for you.
